You don't have to be the fastest. You don't have to be the most experienced. Training is matched to age and ability, and groups can accommodate different experience levels.
What every athlete needs is the willingness to run, work and get better.
Right kids,
not most kids.
This is a running club with a purpose, not a babysitting program. Athletes train in a positive, structured environment and learn distance-running fundamentals while building consistency, teamwork, discipline and confidence.
The club is not trying to build the biggest club. It is trying to build the right one.

Stack the miles.
Success means seeing every runner improve from where they start at the beginning of summer to where they finish, and watching that improvement continue when they return to compete for their school.
